Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By browsing, signing in, or listing a business on Stilly Passport, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. To create a merchant account you must be at least 18 years old.

2. For Members (Shoppers)

  • Coupons and offers are provided by the merchants, not by Stilly Passport.
  • Redemption, validity, and the quality of any goods or services are strictly between you and the merchant.
  • Merchants may change or end offers at any time.
  • Stilly Passport is not a party to any transaction between a member and a merchant.

3. For Merchants (Business Owners)

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing content and for honoring the offers you post.
  • You grant Stilly Passport a license to display your logo, images, and offers on the site, in emails, and in promotions.
  • Stilly Passport may remove or edit content at its discretion.

4. Plans & Billing

  • The price shown at purchase is paid upfront for 12 months.
  • Plans auto-renew yearly until canceled. A renewal reminder is sent about 30 days before your renewal date.
  • You may cancel anytime by emailing info@stillypassport.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where stated otherwise in writing.
  • If a payment fails, we will try to contact you and may pause your listing after 30 days.
  • If Stilly Passport ends your plan early without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Stilly Passport provides visibility and marketing effort. We do not guarantee leads, customers, or revenue. Our promise is that we do the work that puts your business in front of Stillwater shoppers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post illegal, deceptive, or bait-and-switch offers; infringe another's intellectual property; spam; scrape the site; or harass other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Stilly Passport's name, logo, and site content are owned by Stilly Passport. Copyright or trademark concerns can be sent to info@stillypassport.com.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stilly Passport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any merchant offer.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Stilly Passport against claims arising from your listing content or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may close your account by emailing info@stillypassport.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Payne County, Oklahoma.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
